You can place photos anywhere you want ‘royalty free’ at any time. We retain ownership until your yearly engagement is completed. After this, we will transfer ownership to you upon request. We retain rights to use all work as samples to show others our skills.
If a site allows and many do, yes. Click here for details. Many times the photos national sites include are not very good. We make this work to your advantage. With our photos, your community will look much better than their massive competition. If you look better, you’ll get more leases and better residents. Customers have commented that our photos placed on national site’s free ads get better results than paid ads with their included photos.
Budget. It’s easier for most customers, instead of higher upfront costs. In addition, most communities change overtime. We have 30+ years of photos for many clients. This allows them to choose the best photos over time as conditions change. It also allows us to do our best work with a smaller group of more consistent clients. Most feel it’s a win-win. Feel free to email, message, chat or call. We love to talk, but made our site super easy for super busy people. Once subscribed, we’ll give you a call in 1-2 business days. We’ll ask a couple questions and schedule time onsite. After we’ve taken and enhanced your images, you get to review. We make any revisions. We provide your photo files. We upload them to Google Business. You can upload them to websites, Facebook, use them for print ads and flyers, or anything else you want.

Yes. All we ask is that you finish your yearly commitment. In the unlikely event you want to cancel, we make it easy. 30+ days before your annual renewal date, you may cancel online. Click our site’s ‘Contact’ menu. Type in your apartment name and that you wish to cancel in the ‘Your Message’ area. Click the ‘Send It’ button. This will stop your yearly renewal. Click here for more details. If you cancel, we’re happy to provide all your photos in high resolution.
It depends on the plan. Please look at how many shoots are included in each plan. Look at the total number of photos included as well. This is the total photos included each year. Better plans have more photos and shoots. About four times per year, we’ll call and shoot. Each year, it starts over again and you get a brand new number of photos and shoot(s).
No. Our plans are limited to one community. If you have another community, please get another plan for each community. We do offer volume pricing for large customers. Please contact us for a quote.
